How to eat Christmas feast
in Sydney

Undoubtedly, it was plain ignorance on our part, but when we pondered: "What is Australian food?", bush tucker meals, kangaroo meat and Foster beer came to mind.

If that TV series Bush Tucker Man is anything to judge by, that's what you'd think of Australian cuisine.

During Christmas last year, we asked our medium-format man Kess Bohan to snap some Aussie foods, using a Nikon D70. He wasn't too keen on the digital camera, but we just needed a decent reportage.
