Writing on the wall
The disputed region known as Kurdistan currently falls
under the rule of five countries: Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Syria and Azerbaijan.
This series of murals, captured by Pat Crumly, can be found on the walls
in the town of Erbil, which borders northern Iraq.
