Chow time:
Fresh food on the go: yong tau foo.
Before the advent of McDonald's and KFC, the Chinese had fresh fast food. Yong
tau foo sees fresh items such as fishballs (pictured), vegetables, stuffed
vegetables, seafood and tofu boiled in soup and served with seasonings
and sauces.
It is still a popular after-clubbing meal.
