Absolute Crackers
We all are familiar
with crackers. In the
UK they are mainly potato-based, enjoyed as light snack.
Around the coast
of west Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand fish crackers
are traditional food eaten as starters or snack. The
original ingredients are pretty basic and healthy, until
you deep-fry them, of course.

traditional fish crackers, cut manually. This is taken
during a visit to a small factory on Pangkor Island.
