Private Prague
by Carol Maughan

What I feel about Prague is that people miss the detail, either because they are just there to get drunk or they go to the opposite extreme and try to see and understand centuries of history in one weekend. Immersed in a guide book or another pint of beer, I don't think people really look around them and see Prague.

So to me it was all about passion, fun and beauty suggested by the details
(the statues and the architectural features) - taking the time to look at
the view, not your guidebook.

Relax in the shade of the cherry trees in the Baroque terraced castle gardens. Peace and quiet so close to the tourist
madness of the castle.
